Delivery Terms

Delivery of the Product will be made to the Customer's specified site that is on the purchase order

Estimated delivery timeframe is 4-6 weeks from payment receipt, subject to availability of materials, manufacturing schedules, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

Infinite Sheds will provide updates on the delivery status via email, text or phone.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, the shed foundation is prepared (e.g., within 1 inch level), and free of obstacles 2 additional feet of clearance to the shed width. Any additional costs due to site unpreparedness will be borne by the Customer.

Risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Customer upon delivery and acceptance at the site.

If Infinite Sheds fails to deliver the Product within 30 days beyond the estimated timeframe due to reasons within its control (excluding force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the Purchase Price within 14 days of written or emailed notice.

Delivery does include installation on the foundation.

Acceptance and Inspection

Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the Product for defects or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Acceptance is deemed if no written notice of issues is provided within this period.
